MADAMA is an interdisciplinary dance-theatre project building a new choreographic language rooted in the female body, memory, gesture and physical power. Drawing from post-war Italian imagery, the work explores how women’s bodies carry and transform traces shaped by love, violence and social expectation, reclaiming the figure of the “spinster” as a symbol of resilience and creative power.
